I took my vehicle there for a 10,000 mile service and asked for the tires to be rotated while it was there, the service order indicated it was completed but the tires we not rotated. The service manager asked for the tires to be rotated while it was there, the service order indicated it was completed but the tires we not rotated. The service manager offered no resolution. I thought I would give them another chance and took my vehicle there yesterday for a 15,000 mile service and again asked for the tires to be rotated, again they didn't do it even though the work order says they did. The service manager went so far as to say there is video of it being done but is unable to show it to me, very disappointing. I recommend marking your tires when you take your car there for a tire rotation, your tires will be in the same spot when you pick up your car. I will not be doing anymore business there. More
Bought my car 9/2020 - bought extended warranty - it's not a Toyota - made an appt. they know what my car is - failed to let me know that they couldn't diagnose the problem since it's a Jeep. I had to call because they didn't call all day, just to be told I should take it to a Jeep dealer. The extended warranty deductible is HIGHER if going to somewhere other than Autonation! What a scam. Very unprofessional. So annoyed about the warranty and finding out that they really can't fix my car - unless it's just a sensor malfunction! More
OBNOXIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN I COMPLAINED SERVICE MANAGER CHRIS TOLD 'ME' THAT I HAD AN ATTITUDE. HIS CLOWN BOY WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT GET KEY OUT OF IGNITION, THUS STUCK TOLD ME TO 'FIDDLE WITH MANAGER CHRIS TOLD 'ME' THAT I HAD AN ATTITUDE. HIS CLOWN BOY WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT GET KEY OUT OF IGNITION, THUS STUCK TOLD ME TO 'FIDDLE WITH IT' AND REFUSED TO CHECK WITH OTHERS FOR HELP. CHRIS ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE MONEY I OVER PAID FOR GAS WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED AS HE DIDN'T LIKE MY ATTITUDE. NOT EXACTLY AN ASTUTE LEGAL POSITION, BUT THEN AGAIN WITH A LOW IQ ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. More

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE AFTER THE COMPLIMENTARY 2 YEAR SERVICE HAVE BEEN EXPIRED. I CALLED THIS MORNING TO GET A PRICE QUOTE FOR A FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS $70 AND SOME CHANG 2 YEAR SERVICE HAVE BEEN EXPIRED. I CALLED THIS MORNING TO GET A PRICE QUOTE FOR A FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS $70 AND SOME CHANGE. SO I TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT I WILL CALL BACK TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I REALIZED I HAVE AN EXTENDED 3 FREE OIL CHANGE “RECEIPT” UNTIL 2023 THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME AS A PEACE OFFERING FROM THE RUDEST PERSON IN FINANCE DEPARTMENT, JOHNNY, WHO TRICKED ME WITH THE CONTRACT WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR BACK IN 2018. I JUST NEEDED TO MAKE SURE I CAN FIND IT. I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO THE SAME SERVICE ADVISOR TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT AND I MENTIONED TO HIM ABOUT THE “RECEIPT” FOR THE FREE OIL CHANGE. I ASKED HIM DO I NEED TO BRING IT WITH ME AS A PROOF WHEN I COME IN FOR MY APPOINTMENT, THEN HE TOLD ME, “NO YOU DON’T HAVE TO. I CAN PULL THAT ONE UP ON MY COMPUTER. WHATEVER YOU HAVE, WE SHOULD HAVE A COPY SAVED.” HE NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT IT WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME. SOME OF THESE PEOPLE FROM THIS COMPANY ARE LIARS. I HOPE KARMA GETS THEM. More
