Customer service and dealership is not great. Went in Customer service and dealership is not great. Went in for a battery check and it took over 3 hours. As I pull into the dealership the person who Customer service and dealership is not great. Went in for a battery check and it took over 3 hours. As I pull into the dealership the person who checked my car in says to go inside and talk with any of the 7 customer service agents inside. I go inside and none of the 7 customer service agents acknowledge me, say “we’ll be with you in a just a minute” or even look at me. I walk past 5 of the agents and ask the female agent if there’s anybody that can help me. She says “I’m about to close, try that guy” and points to the desk across from her. He helps me. They take my car in and I’m waiting in the customer area and I overhear another customer complaining that she has been there for 4 hours and needs to get home for a meeting. She asks if somebody can take her home and they said no it’s not our responsibility to take you home. Meanwhile I flashback to centennial Toyota who call Uber to take their customers back and forth (for free!) and I start to wish I had brought me car there. 3 hours later, I see my car in the customer pickup area… apparently nobody has called me to tell me it’s ready! I feel the customer service from one Toyota dealership to the other is not equivalent. This dealership should take notes from Centennial. More
