Took my daughter's 2015 Toyota 4Runner to have recall work done. A two-hour appointment ended up with it being 3 1/2 hours. That was okay, what I have an issue with is THEY GAVE US BACK SOMEONE ELSES C work done. A two-hour appointment ended up with it being 3 1/2 hours. That was okay, what I have an issue with is THEY GAVE US BACK SOMEONE ELSES CAR!!! My husband has a disability and didn't notice it was a different vehicle. I went out to leave for an appointment and noticed it wasn't the correct car. Called the dealership to speak with the Service Manager and was just told "could you bring it back". I told the lady "Um, ya think" but this is now making me late for an appointment. Which I missed and was CHARGED for something that wasn't my fault! Asked for them to fill my tank or wash it and was told NO we don't do that. So, now we had to take the car back, get MY car, miss an appointment (pay for missing it) and you can't do xxxx for us for your screw-up??? NEVER AGAIN, and will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! More

The service was excellent. But when they called my number informing me that my car is all done, I could hardly understand the jibberish, fast message on my voicemail, I had to replay it 5 times to decipher. informing me that my car is all done, I could hardly understand the jibberish, fast message on my voicemail, I had to replay it 5 times to decipher. It would be nicer if the cashier would smile (with their eyes) when you are paying and getting your car keys. More
Over the moon pleased with my visit to AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas and it's servicing department. Made an appointment online and soon received a return email telling me who my service rep. (Tim Phillis) wou Las Vegas and it's servicing department. Made an appointment online and soon received a return email telling me who my service rep. (Tim Phillis) would be. I arrive on the day and time of my appointment and without even getting out of the vehicle, Tim came and greeted me. Did a little paperwork and I went inside to wait for my 10,000 service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Was surprised to see Tim came to me in less than 45 minutes informing me the service was complete. Most of my new cars in the past, I wouldn't even take to the dealership to have serviced because the wait times were usually a couple of hours. AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas did an outstanding job and got me out quickly! Much appreciated during these covid times instead of waiting. Thanks Tim to you and the service team at AutoNation!! More
