Went in for 15k Toyota Care Service. Dealer had no solution for a problematic driver’s side floor mat except to replace it AT MY EXPENSE! A properly installed chunk of Velcro will prob Dealer had no solution for a problematic driver’s side floor mat except to replace it AT MY EXPENSE! A properly installed chunk of Velcro will probably solve the problem! I’ve owned a several Toyotas from AutoNation dealers, but have never experienced this level of unwillingness to address a safety issue. Also, this dealer no longer provides courtesy washes after service. Bummer More
