The service department was great. I have a 2018 sequoia that needed several pasts all of which they had on hand. These people are the worst! ! I have been coming here for 8 years and never had a problem until my service guy Mark left the company. They will rip you off!! I came in for a sche ! I came in for a scheduled maintenance and after 2 hours they told me my oil pan was no good! I told them to just leave it and I'll have my son look at it. (he's a mechanic too) Harrison, my assigned service person said I had no choice and had to pay $800 because my car wasn't holding oil!! They forced me to pay!!! I couldn't take my car until i paid to have it fixed. My engine light never came on, the oil light never came on, there wasn't an ounce of oil anywhere not even on the old oil pan!! I made them give me my old oil pan back to show my son and sure enough!! They had stripped the screw!!! It's clear as day. I've shown several mechanics now and they all say the same thing!! They lied and made a mistake and they are making me pay for it!!! The last time I took my car in, they damaged my side bumper and left screws and bolts off and Irvine the service manager refused to take care of it and told me that's why I have insurance!! My son contacted Irvine this time and he refused to listen to him. He didn't care and was really rude to him!! My boyfriend and I Will never go back!! I've already contacted the BBB and filed a complaint with Toyota!!! More

Once again having issues with this KIA, I've been calling for 2 days to get it in for service! Not my service advisor, the service manager nor Rudy has called me back. I had a very good experience and really appreciated the opportunity to speak directly with Erick who was the technician that worked on my 2002 Toyota Camry. My Service Advisor (Chris) was helpful and listened to all my requests. My only recommendation would be for customers to apply multiple discount coupons to a single work order. I missed out on some additional savings because I could only use one coupon which maxed out on the services received for my work order. More
