AutoNation Toyota Irvine - Service Center

Made an appointment on-line for a service (35k) that normally takes no more than 30 minutes. Arrived at dealership to find that I would have to wait 2 hours. After 2 hours, I went to the service rep t normally takes no more than 30 minutes. Arrived at dealership to find that I would have to wait 2 hours. After 2 hours, I went to the service rep to find that my car was ready and that I could take it without paperwork if I didn't want to wait longer. The service write was cordial and honest. The wait to have them rotate the tires and check the fluid levels was ridiculous. Will never book on-line with any repair facility again. More

The service advisors are very knowledgeable and are able to clarify any issues we, regular drivers, sometimes don't seem to understand clearly. I've had multiple good experiences with Tom & Mike. Although my car had less than 3,000 mile on it. I received a call from dealer service to bring the car for first 5,000 mile service. When I explained to the caller about the car millage, he responded received a call from dealer service to bring the car for first 5,000 mile service. When I explained to the caller about the car millage, he responded regardless of driving millage the new cars have only 6-free services within 2-years!!!!! I took the car and reported that driver side front door doesn't operate properly to close and need to be slammed the door to shut. After holding the car for over 6 hours in the shop nothing has been fixed and they reported this is normal! More
