With an “appointment”, the service center was late returning my car to me by over 2 hours. An oil change and battery change took approximately 5 hours. Their service staff claimed that 95% of the 300 returning my car to me by over 2 hours. An oil change and battery change took approximately 5 hours. Their service staff claimed that 95% of the 300 cars, or 285, cars had appointments. Either the staff lied or this business over commits to what their actually capacity is. Customer service stinks at this dealership. Had an appt but no one came up to me to discuss my appt. Was past by for another customer. This dealership has always been one of those places where you don't feel like you have been in a sleazy car dealership. I never feel like I need a shower after buying a car here. I always get great service when I get my vehicle serviced, recently I took my RAV4 to get serviced and I asked the service manager if they had a local shop they use that could lift my RAV4 and put bigger wheels and tires on it. He said, oh we can do that.! So he had the service writer put together a quote. I was surprised everyone was so thorough. So I called John and told him I wanted to schedule the lift and wheels. Everything came out perfectly. I'm extremely happy with the results as well as everyone working at this location. More
