I respectfully asked Gilbert to check four brakes of my car to see if there is any problem, and after a while he called me and told me there is problem in front brake and I told him please fix it but when car to see if there is any problem, and after a while he called me and told me there is problem in front brake and I told him please fix it but when I received my car I realized that he only replaced the pads not rotor. The problem still exists because whenever I brake the whole car shakes violently. All of these problems comes from the consistent mismanagement happening in that dealership. More

Our service guy Eric Rodriguez was informative, professional, friendly, and kept us informed via phone about the progress of our service. I used the shuttle to get home -- driver was also very friendly and courteous. Car wash was appreciated & pickup easy. We'll be back for future services. More
This dealership always does a thorough job listening to my concerns and taking care of my vehicle. Only thing that could maybe be improved is the overall time they have the vehicle. Bought my new Corrola at AN Toyota Irvine, and go to for service. The service is average, but the service reps are hit and miss. Tony, the most recent rep on Feb 24 Tony was great. The previous rep, same on service. The service is average, but the service reps are hit and miss. Tony, the most recent rep on Feb 24 Tony was great. The previous rep, same one on the past 2 visits, lacked attention to detail which I hope will not affect my warranty. He offered me a business card so I could call regarding future service which I hastily threw in the trash. Be sure to review receipts on work done, before leaving the service center. More
