I just received a response to my comments about my recent service. I'm told to call a number to speak to the General Manager. I thought great, I can share my experience with a person who must care and wants to hear what i had to say. Wrong. I call the number I'm given, which is really to any caller to make service appointments, parts, or other. When I went to other, I got a message saying the system couldn't transfer my call. As manager problems occur that are out of your control. I understand that, but how you recover, is the way to satisfy your customers. I wasn't looking for anything but to provide feedback on my experience and information so they can improve their service. I guess they don't really care.
