I left my car for service, and was told it would take approximately 1.5 hours. It actually took closer to 5 hours. I recieved a video via text that showed nothing more than someone pointing at various approximately 1.5 hours. It actually took closer to 5 hours. Then I received a photo of a document (via text) that was illegible. All this occurred after I had to text to find out if my car's servicing was completed, instead of someone calling me update me on my car. More
I rarely post views. I was in a bind and could not find tires for my wife’s suburban. So I reached out to the Toyota rep to see if they could get the tires for her car an I was in a bind and could not find tires for my wife’s suburban. So I reached out to the Toyota rep to see if they could get the tires for her car and they could. I purchased four tires got an alignment and oil change on my wife’s suburban at a Toyota store. It was such a great experience for a brand of car they probably don’t see that often they got the job done and it was such a great experience. This is my go to store for all my vehicles not just my Toyota truck. . More

Service department waiting area has been improved. Car servicing performed correctly and as required. Seemed to be some confusion about the discounts being offered for large service tickets. I would like to see better communication about discounts. Also visited the sales show room. I was surprised to see almost no new cars on display (only pre-owned cars). Was advised to go to Toyota.com to see new cars. I think Toyota is missing out on sales opportunities by not have all the new Toyota models available at the dealership. People like to see in-person the vehicles that they are considering. Online car viewing is not enough. More
