I bought 3 vehicles at this dealership over the last 7 years and had really good experieces. My experiece this last visit was improved by the valet in the front providing the appointment confirmation and ticketing. My wait time was zero since my service tech was informed of my arrival. I’ve serviced my leased cars here exclusively over the years. The service has been free under the warranties of those cars. Ok service but you have to watch the services received to be certain what you request is being done. Chris even provided me a video of my vehicles condition report and made some recommendations which I decided to move forward with as they are competitively priced and have certified technicians. They have a new payment process which is quick and easy and it allowed me to pay for my vehicle before I arrived and they had it ready for me when I did. I was actually there in the morning and met the General Manager, Mark Mehta who was walking by and started talking with me. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and enjoy servicing my vehicle there.
