Outstanding service from George Martinez and Mike Robinson as always, I cannot be happier and more confident to bring my car with them. George Martinez keeps my car brand new with years passing by, he always goes the extra mile on my services taking care of little details like my water tank for my windshield wiper, tire pressure, brakes, etc. Those are things I'm not taking for granted, I have never had the time I need to take care of those details in all these years George Martinez is taking care of both of my cars since 2013 which is very appreciated, if is not for them I wouldn't have business in the dealership. Great service. I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. After service, they showed me a video of my car to explain about the breaks on the car. Also, I talked to a very experienced salesperson called Mohammad. He spent enough time to show me my options for exchanging my car with a newer model. He explained in detail all options which was very helpful for me to make a right decision. Thanks. More
I took my vehicle in because of a rubbing noise. Even though I had an appointment, it took 3 and a half hours to get the problem diagnosed. It was determined that the old tires were causing the rubbing sound. I had them put on two new tires, balance the tires and do an alignment. My service rep said it would take a couple of hours. However, it took 4 hours. Eventually, my car was finished and it now runs beautifully. My service rep, James Reyes, was very helpful in getting me through the whole process. More

Recently I've bought Toyota Siena 2021 and three times I have been at this service. 1. Completely unfriendly inviroment. Notwithstanding of whether you came with or without appointment, you can spend 15 m have been at this service. 1. Completely unfriendly inviroment. Notwithstanding of whether you came with or without appointment, you can spend 15 minutes in the middle of the drop off line and no attention at all. You feel like you're an empty spot. All employees just pass by you and say nothing, no "hello" or "I'll be right with you shortly" or sort of this phrases. They disrespect even seniors, who are, some times, turning around do not understanding what to do next, and where to go after they came on the drop off line. Moreover it is so obvious some times that a senior person is so confusing and needs just some attention however nobody cares in this service. 2. First time I came to fix a recall. when I called before to headquater or sort of they said cofirmed the availibility of the remedy of this recall. However, when I came to this service the employee told me it is impossible. It took me for about one hour, request for the manager coming, several conversations with the headquater, only to make the employee open the document in his computer where it turned out there was a remedy instruction. Completely uninvoleved and disinterested in the process stuff. Second time I've been there for maintanence. And had to return two times because they forgot to reset, the first time - indicator about necessities of maintnance, the second time because they forgot to reset the similar indicator about oil change. So unprofessional! You are naver expect that you need to move all your businesses three time instead of one because of someone irresposible attitude towards his or her simple work to change oil. Third time I came because after the maitanace I have gotten some additional rotating hum. I thought it might be because they rotated tires and they need to form themselves a while. However the humming sound haven't disappeared. I again moved all my business and allocated one day to fix the problem whatever the problem is. I dropped my car in the morning and was promised to get it in the evening, however, in the evening my car was not even touched by anyone. Turned out I lost my day only for my car standing on this service parking lot. It is sheer disrespect to customers. Conclusion I hate to say that but have to admit that this service is unprofessional, unfriendly and disrespectful to customers. I guess with such a service there is no incentive to come after the warranty end up. More
