My appointment for an oil change at 7:30AM yesterday. I waited about 10 mins without being attended to. Then, I was processed but with no information about the waiting time. Went in for a regular car check up, coming out with a three thousand dollars fixed up. I was told there was oil leak that I had to fix it. Before I can think, the advisor had already started to ask me if three thousand dollars fixed up. I was told there was oil leak that I had to fix it. I didn't even have time to think and he was already on the phone with enterprise and called me a loaner car. The whole experience feel rushed and coerced. Later I look up online, fixing oil leak only takes $250 to $1000. Also I had a 25% off discount coupon for parts and service and they only take $250 off. In the end, I paid triple the price and I was scammed. Probably not going back to this location for my car check ups again. More
