Brought my car in for service at 7:10am. I was having an interim 5K mile service so it didn't require an oil change. I think it took 2 hours for a technician to actually look at my car becau I was having an interim 5K mile service so it didn't require an oil change. I think it took 2 hours for a technician to actually look at my car because I was texted around 9:15am that they recommended a couple of other items to be done which I okayed except for one item. I left the dealership at 11:50am, which is 20 minutes short of 5 hours for my car to be completed. I find this amount of time for my car to be service unacceptable. I used to have my car serviced at Keyes Toyota Van Nuys and I never waited this long for my car to be serviced. There was no issue with my service advisor. More
