AutoNation Toyota Irvine - Service Center

I bring in my Prius Plug-in to this dealership for a 90K maintenance service. But, the lowest cost for the 90K service is more than $1,800. I believe that is way too much for a maintenance service. We have maintenance service. But, the lowest cost for the 90K service is more than $1,800. I believe that is way too much for a maintenance service. We have a hard time to keep our jobs and how could we afford to pay that much for the 90K service. I was disappointed. More

I took my CHR to be serviced, I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted right away by James. He asked me if I wanted to wait for my car or come back and pick it up. I could not wait, he offered the sh time and was greeted right away by James. He asked me if I wanted to wait for my car or come back and pick it up. I could not wait, he offered the shuttle service, which I didn’t need since I already had a ride, I appreciated him offering it. He sent me a video via text of my car letting me know that they checked everything and it all looked fine. He did the oil change and rotated the tires. He suggested new windshield wipers and an alignment. He didn’t pressure me to do either. I would highly recommend this dealership for service, they are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you! More

Unfortunately my experience with this dealership was not very good. I made an oil change appointment 3 weeks prior and arrived on time. Waited in queue for about 30 minutes only to be told to come back. The very good. I made an oil change appointment 3 weeks prior and arrived on time. The guy told me “next time you make an oil change appointment, call a day prior to check if we have the proper filter for your car.” WHAT?? I should not have to do that!! That’s their job to make sure to have proper parts for the service. Unbelievable, but it happened! Made another appointment for a week later and no issues. More

I called that after to see if I could possibly get my oil & filter changed, and the said yes. Mike Robinson, was my service advisor. He got me out of there in less than an hour.
