I was greeted with a a happy smile and an authentic welcome immediately. By the time I was getting out of my car, I was greeted by Oscar who walked me through the service I was getting. I told him about the ‘faulty’ tire alert, he promised to take care of it and I was on my way to a lovely hot chocolate. Later, Oscar came into the waiting area to tell me the tire alert wasn’t faulty, that my tire needed a plug. Later, I received a video email from Oscar telling me that my car was in good shape, the service had been performed, as well as the plug in my tire…I was so pleased with the video, I sent it to my son, so he knew how I had been taken care of! I have been coming to AutoNation for years for my cars and, hands down, this was the best service I have ever received. It was flooding outside, but Oscar brought sunshine into my day! He was with me all the way, treating me like an important customer! Thank you! More
Thank-you Tony for getting our TRD Pro 4 Runner healthy again with an oil change, throttle cleaning and power steering fluid change. Would love to have the rust covered as this is SoCal where cars do not r again with an oil change, throttle cleaning and power steering fluid change. I was very disappointed when I set an appt with Joel Avila for Friday the 4th at 7:30am. I was instead checked in by Amanda Baker. She said that she would just be getting the car started and Joel would Avila for Friday the 4th at 7:30am. I was instead checked in by Amanda Baker. She said that she would just be getting the car started and Joel would take over when it was all done. This was not the case. I was stuck with Amanda, and I was not impressed at all. She explained how there’s a new system etc. I don’t like the new system of first come first serve with service advisors. I don’t want a random person. I made the appt for a reason. Please respect that. Aside from that the service center is great and my car is always taken care of. Thanks! More

Went in for a regular oil change for a 2012 Prius, Service manager recommended major service that would cost > $1K - what a rip-off! Even my regular oil-change cost > $100. First time I've paid as much for something as simple. At this rate I find it hard to imagine people buying cars anymore or even servicing them. What's the point? Dealerships need to realize Inflation will eventually wipe-out their very existence. Only way out is to Sell cars and provide lifelong Service them for free. More
Amazing suport and communication.
