AutoNation Toyota Irvine - Service Center

I was at AutoNation Toyota Irvine on March 23 2023 for a maintenance appointment for my Sienna. Everyone at the dealership is great, they clearly care about the customer and don't try to push for any work maintenance appointment for my Sienna. Everyone at the dealership is great, they clearly care about the customer and don't try to push for any work or repairs if you say you're not interested. That's why I recommend this dealership. However, they have become incredibly expensive, their markups are off the charts when compared with other reputable businesses. I did my research on prices for what was needed for this appointment, and there were much less expensive options for the same work. The reason I went to this dealership this time around is that I only needed a tire rotation and oil change, so I chose convenience over price. However, I'm likely to go elsewhere from now on for future maintenance or repairs. More

Very organized method to drop off cars, car was repaired to my expectation. Pick up of car was a little confusing as to where to go. Waked in waiting area, but then had to walk into garage. I had a great time at the car service center. Tony was the guy who took care of my car and he was super nice and helpful. Substandard service, left oil filler cap off my 2021 Rav4 Prime, have oil spray inside engine bay smells like burnt oil.
