This would have been my second great buying experience at Toyota of Irvine had it not been for one thing on my most recent purchase on Sept 15, 2022. On receiving an e-mail to pick up my new 2022 RAV-4 XLE Toyota of Irvine had it not been for one thing on my most recent purchase on Sept 15, 2022. On receiving an e-mail to pick up my new 2022 RAV-4 XLE Premium, I had expected everything to be in complete order; but, as it turned out, perhaps due to dealer oversight, the ceramic tint film (valued at $899) was not installed and had yet to be laid over the two front windows. This neglect was disappointing. I was not told before coming over or during my visit to sign the purchase documents that this was the case but noted the deficiency myself during inspection. I pleaded (with Jennifer and Eric) to do away with the window tint and to have the purchase price adjusted accordingly. My request, which I thought was the appropriate and reasonable remedy for the failing, was turned down. If customer service wants to keep a customer satisfied and returning, help me have the purchase price get adjusted so as to save me the hassle of a return trip along with the aggravation of a long wait while the installer works the windows. We were treated with total respect without being phony about it. Everyone including the finance manager treated us like they would treat a friend. I was shown it didn't make sense for the small amount of driving we do. We leased the vehicle (RAV4 XLE) that my wife wanted. She does 95% of the driving and she loves the vehicle. This is our third lease at this dealership. Camry XLE, RAV4 Adventure, and now a RAV4 XLE. More
They do a wonderful job the service advisors are friendly and explains to me what is going on they are the best and I would recommend for any issues to go to them. 2nd time getting Tony in service. He lied 1st time about tire rotation not counting towards oil change so now I have 1 free service left. And it took 2 hrs for an oil change!!
