I was very disappointed when I set an appt with Joel Avila for Friday the 4th at 7:30am. I was instead checked in by Amanda Baker. She said that she would just be getting the car started and Joel would Avila for Friday the 4th at 7:30am. I was instead checked in by Amanda Baker. She said that she would just be getting the car started and Joel would take over when it was all done. This was not the case. I was stuck with Amanda, and I was not impressed at all. She explained how there’s a new system etc. I don’t like the new system of first come first serve with service advisors. I don’t want a random person. I made the appt for a reason. Please respect that. Aside from that the service center is great and my car is always taken care of. Thanks! More
