I’ve purchased a car from this dealership because the car was in great conditions. However, I’ve had an awful experience with my sales associate. He was rude and I had to follow up multiple times even for th was in great conditions. However, I’ve had an awful experience with my sales associate. He was rude and I had to follow up multiple times even for the smallest questions and tasks as he wouldn’t respond. I think that if you get lucky with your sales representative you can have a great experience, but if you don’t get lucky then you can have an awful experience. More

It was my very first time at AutoNation Toyota and Oscar was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of all my needs and any additional concerns I had about my vehicle that had been out of commiss was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of all my needs and any additional concerns I had about my vehicle that had been out of commission for over a year. He was extremely communicable via text, which is what fit best with my schedule. Any additional work needing to be done was professionally suggested and I didn’t feel forced into it and he even threw in a complimentary wash!
