The best thing was, no sneaky fees or "add-ons" that can't be removed or any of that stuff. The only additional fees were what you would expect: sales tax, title fees, DMV fees. They were very transparent. Since I was purchasing this car from 2 hrs away, Andy took a full video of the exterior and interior of the car. He was also very responsive. He was out on the day I came in to actually buy the car, but Faten was also amazing. She made the process super-easy, I had a place to set up a remote office so I could keep working. The car was exactly what I had seen on the video, no surprises. Finally, Faten went above and beyond removing and re-installing the license plate holder from my trade-in to the car I bought. I also forgot to take off a car magnet that had sentimental value. I let Faten know and within an hour, she had found it and mailed it to me. Amazing work! More
