This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealership. My second under it's current name. My experience has always been satisfactory. My most recent purchase of a new vehicle required reserving one still at the factory. Again, the process was straightforward, although the wait was longer than expected. Mr. Robertson spent the necessary time to ensure I was getting the vehicle I wanted (I am an easy customer), and responded to my inquiries as to the delivery. I went to get an oil change and replace two front tires. Initially, the salesperson said they didn't have the tires in stock, but later called to say they did. After picking up my car, I noticed a noise coming from the right front tire. Upon inspection, I found that the two new tires had a very poor appearance with many rough edges and imperfections, not resembling genuine products. Additionally, there was excessive lubricant used during tire installation. I had to return to the dealership, and they confirmed a serious quality issue with the right tire. I was lucky not to experience a blowout on the highway. The dealership agreed to replace the right tire but refused to replace the other one. Furthermore, the new tire they provided, while the same brand, looked entirely different. I didn't feel safe using these subpar tires, so I had to replace left tire myself at Costco. More

I was told that the truck I had ordered was ready for pickup and when I got to the dealership I was shown a different but similar vehicle. When I asked for the exact truck (and equipment) I was told that pickup and when I got to the dealership I was shown a different but similar vehicle. When I asked for the exact truck (and equipment) I was told that this is the same truck but they changed the VIN number. This is not possible, once a vehicle is asigned a Vehicle identification number that is the number forever and will never be changed. This was the precurser to having to demand that I was given equipment that was on the originally ordered truck and was a very uncomfortable conversation. The second untruth was told by the finance manager, I asked if the two protective options were not part of my deal and was told these were mandatory and caouldn't be removed. I know, I should have walked out at this point but the truck was for my wife and son and not something I wanted to explain. The truck is fine, the price was fine but the stories and explanations exercised on me were not okay. More
