I met Rachelle when my daughter, who was visiting from Colorado, and I went to look at the RAV4 which she was interested in buying in Colorado. I had my credit run at "Family Toyota" in San Juan Capistrano and was told my credit score was insufficient and that even with $4,500 dealership. Initially we were shopping for a Hyundai (because my mom likes the look), but she took us to a Toyota dealer in Westminster because my sister and I wanted to take a look. We really really liked the Toyota Corolla S, but the people at the dealership weren't very friendly. I think my mom emailed Karen a few days before looking for a 2012 Corolla, but Karen informed us they only had a red one left...However she was very helpful in setting us up with a quote on a 2013 model in the exact color we wanted. Karen was very friendly and quick about emailing us back about any questions we might have had. Also she gave us a very good deal on the car, even though we've only been contacting her via email. On Sunday we decided to stop by to see the car, but unfortunately it was Karen's day off. She kindly arranged for us to meet with her associate Bob to see the car. Bob was very friendly and answered all of our questions. My mom really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything to us, and that he treated us very well. He worked with us and we were able to get the car for a price that we liked. :)Oh and when we went to the finance office with Kevin, somehow the car dropped down almost $200 more :)! All in all, our experience at Power Toyota Irvine was fantastic! We would definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More
