Steve was fast and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He also set aside time to make an appointment with us to come in and test drive the vehicles we were interested in. We were very happy with the way Steve treated us as customers. He was not overly aggressive and did not push his sales tactics on us. He was honest and open and did the best he could with us. We very much appreciated his approach. We felt more like we were dealing with a friend than a scary car dealer, who is trying to make you broke!! Also, the vehicle we wanted in the color we wanted was not on the lot. He understood that we didnt want to settle. So he searched for hours looking for what we wanted. He was able to find th exact vehicle- 2013 Highlander SE in Crismon Mica with Black Leather, and he had it brought in the next day. He provided quotes for different down payments and gave us inventory pricing. Also, we were trying to sell our Honda, and had it appraised at the lot. He was honest with us and told us not to trade it in, that we could get more money selling it privately. This we appreciated very much!! He was able to work out a deal that allowed us to buy the vehicle that day and they gave us time to gather the down payment as we sold the Honda. This was great! Overall, we enjoyed working with Steve. He was fast, efficent, friendly and had a wonderful attitude. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. More
