Richard then called us on arrival, gave us a test drive, had us fill out easy paperwork, entertained us until Loren Coleman, Finance, warmly welcomed us into his office, completely explained the transaction, offered services, expertly filled in all of California's crazy paperwork, had us sign, and closed the deal. When you arrive for service, they aren't super quick because they're extremely busy. But they always take good care of your vehicle.
