Leased car, Service light was on . It was brought to this place for service. Before I could learn it was not needed service and it was only warning to get 25,000 service they charged It was brought to this place for service. Said they checked the floor mat, fluid level and few other minor things and it is of course work that was done and I need to pay! I would never use this place again and only reason I did was because car is still under warranty and 36,000 miles service contract LEASED car. More

I was help by very friendly salesman and finance person, but at this point I feel that I was played with false promises. I have been waiting for two weeks for them to take action and have my issues resolve but at this point I feel that I was played with false promises. I have been waiting for two weeks for them to take action and have my issues resolved (tinted windows as well as “gifts” related to the overpricing fee of around 3K), so far no positive response about it. I truly regret having purchased my vehicle at this dealer, but I am not planning to let go until they fulfill the promise/agreement 100%.
