Really bad experience about buying a pre-owned 2019 Audi A3. The sales kept pushing me to buy a repair warranty when I bought the car and now I know what the reason is. First, until I opened the back door after a week of driving, and the handle fell off completely. It broke so easily that I thought it was broken before I had the car. The service department helped me fix it quickly. Then, when I drove the car for the second week, it kept popping out the Oil Level Sensor was malfunctioning. So I went to the service department again, this time they told me they could do nothing with it because they don't have Audi's computer to test what the problem is. I have to go to Audi store. I think it is ridiculous for a new purchased 2019 pre owned Audi. Apparently, they didn't do a thorough inspection of the used car before selling it. And if they can't repair Audi, what's the use of the thousands of dollers repair warranty I bought? More
