I was surprised that there's no waiting in the maintenance service line, there's an improvement in handling the auto service especially during weekend. Extremely deceptive sales tactics. I was lied to be the salesman who told me “I must buy the warranty” when I was purchasing my lease. Rude and condescending customer service rep. Confirmed I'd receive a call for an update. Waited 5 hours for a call. Decided to call, since 5 hours is too long for a basic service. Customer service rep said they had contacted me via the texting service hours ago, which I had NOT opted for as far as a means if communication. The customer service rep them disregarded the issue I had with the break in communication, saying, "Well, WE did try to contact you, so I don't know what more you want?" How about using means of communication that you AGREE to WITH the CUSTOMER. Poor customer service experience. More
My experience at Toyota Irvine started out great. After giving ok to replace cylinder gaskets, general maintenance and asking to find out why red maintenance light stays lite, at approximately 7:00a After giving ok to replace cylinder gaskets, general maintenance and asking to find out why red maintenance light stays lite, at approximately 7:00am, I was home by 7:45am thanks to your driver. AT approximately 1:30 pm I was called that my 2012 Tundra was ready to pickup. I paid my $1042 and got on the freeway and look at my dash, the red maintenance light was still lite. I drove back to the service department and the Service Consultant got in to the cab and fixed the problem. Later when I got home and started to review my invoice. My in mileage was 9 miles and my out mileage was 9 miles. It is 10 year old truck and has 129,658 miles at this writing. If the company is going make the Service Consultant cashiers. Give them PAID stamps that read right. Last invoice was a year off an this on was dated for Sunday May 1. These are very small things and I am not going any where else for service. I think may be the ship needs tightening. More
Good, when they washed the free car wash, they didn’t dry the car, so no sense of washing it. The other thing, I took my car for Service at 7:00 Am, and waited at Customer Area, It was Coffee, Would be nic the car, so no sense of washing it.
