Sales person stated car’s battery was under warranty via written communications and verbally, which we relied on prior to visiting and purchase. At time of purchase there was no none. We cancelled the sale and sales team assured that the battery would last for many more miles. We ended up reinstating, but as we walked out to get the car, we were given only one key! They said they only had one key. I’m fine with the car, but I feel they should have given me another key and provided a longer warranty or some compensation given the missteps in the sales process. I took in a 2007 Avalon because the power remotes functioned poorly. First time the service advisor didn’t call me for two days. When I finally got a hold of him he said the antenna was $900 and service would cost $2000. But the part was back ordered and Toyota most likely was not planning to make the part.
