It was my forth visit to this Dealer. It was a good experience, but not excellent. For some reason every person I dealt with seemed a little preoccupied with seemingly something else on It was a good experience, but not excellent. Not a big deal but they said they were washing the car and it was not washed. The service was good enough for me to go back but not good enough to rave about and send referrals to. P. S. the parts department was only one star. I had to go to the Service area and have the get someone to man the Desk. They didn't even answer their phone no. which was on the cards on the counter. There is a big sign saying they sold LIFE TIME batteries but when i asked for one for my 2021 Camry Hybrid and my friends 2018 Prius they told me that the only battery they sold for those two cars was a two year total replacement or 48 months prorated. I called in an made an appointment for an oil change for a Saturday 8:15. I was on time and the drop off was reasonably fast. I was told that a two hour wait had to be expected for that day. Places like Jiffy lube do it in 15 minutes but I was willing to wait. Two hours went by and still no car, then two and a half, three, three and a half still no car. It took almost four hours for them to complete the work. Given the fact that I had an appointment and it was simply an oil change (at the exorbitant price the dealer charges), it's simply not acceptable. More
