Chris even provided me a video of my vehicles condition report and made some recommendations which I decided to move forward with as they are competitively priced and have certified technicians. They have a new payment process which is quick and easy and it allowed me to pay for my vehicle before I arrived and they had it ready for me when I did. I was actually there in the morning and met the General Manager, Mark Mehta who was walking by and started talking with me. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and enjoy servicing my vehicle there. I left my car for service, and was told it would take approximately 1.5 hours. It actually took closer to 5 hours. All this occurred after I had to text to find out if my car's servicing was completed, instead of someone calling me update me on my car. More

It was such a great experience for a brand of car they probably don’t see that often they got the job done and it was such a great experience. Service department waiting area has been improved. Car servicing performed correctly and as required. Seemed to be some confusion about the discounts being offered for large service tickets. Was advised to go to Toyota.com to see new cars. I think Toyota is missing out on sales opportunities by not have all the new Toyota models available at the dealership.
