You don't have to reach out. The night i purchased the car, the remote key wasn't working properly so I couldn't take home my car and had to wait until you guys get the new key. And car started rattling very next day for 2 days and eventually stopped. And check engine came on and finally seat belts fall I took it to dealer last Saturday to fix it. But my experience with service department wasn't great. Take or leave it. Your sales department shows exceptionally friendly service but if your product isn't as good , what's the point? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Apparently you are off the hook now. Vehicle is atill very solid, it was just some minor problems except for seat belts problem. Both of the seat belt had a problem and I can't believe car was offered for selling without the proper inspection.
