Wish there was a 0 star option… Avoid this location to save yourself a headache. My first & last time at this location. Thomas Folk was late to my appointment for 30 minutes. My appointment was for an oil change & tire rotation. after FIVE hours of service for my car, Thomas informs me that he has to charge me $150 for my tire rotation (while my car is still under warranty) because if they unscrew the bolts it will break!!! How come this has never been an issue at the Tustin AutoNation where I usually get my car serviced? Thomas continues to blame it on them saying they have messed it up & didn’t screw it on correctly last time & I should take it to them to fix it unless I want to pay here to fix it. AWFUL SERVICE. Held my car there for 5 hours for just an oil change… More
Fast check in for service. The guy who checked me in, did a rush on my car since the predicted wait was 2+ hours for a 15k tire rotation service! I appreciated that! He said he was going to send me a video but I never rec’d it. But next day when driving my car, I had a low tire pressure rating on one of my tires! I had to fill my tire with air and noticed that none of my air valve caps were fully tightened. This is the 2nd time this has happened now with the low tire pressure after getting my car serviced at a Toyota dealership, but the last time it was not the Irvine office. Weird that it has happened at two different locations; maybe their protocol for tightening air valve caps needs to be reviewed. Waiting area had plenty of seats with some complimentary drinks. Overall good experience but they were busy! More
