I had to wait to check in. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. No one helped for almost 30 minutes then 3 hours later I went to pick up my car I needed something else I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. I thought that was really poor customer service! More

Edgar Sotomayor helped us with the sale of a car. He also was very helpful and thoughtful and kept us informed of the process. Went in for a regular car check up, coming out with a three thousand dollars fixed up. I was told there was oil leak that I had to fix it. Before I can think, the advisor had already started to ask me if three thousand dollars fixed up. I was told there was oil leak that I had to fix it. Before I can think, the advisor had already started to ask me if I wanted to pay in full or payment plan. I didn't even have time to think and he was already on the phone with enterprise and called me a loaner car. The whole experience feel rushed and coerced. Later I look up online, fixing oil leak only takes $250 to $1000. Also I had a 25% off discount coupon for parts and service and they only take $250 off. In the end, I paid triple the price and I was scammed. Probably not going back to this location for my car check ups again. More
