Brought my car in for service at 7:10am. I was having an interim 5K mile service so it didn't require an oil change. I think it took 2 hours for a technician to actually look at my car because I was texted around 9:15am that they recommended a couple of other items to be done which I okayed except for one item. I left the dealership at 11:50am, which is 20 minutes short of 5 hours for my car to be completed. I find this amount of time for my car to be service unacceptable. I used to have my car serviced at Keyes Toyota Van Nuys and I never waited this long for my car to be serviced. There was no issue with my service advisor. More

I have been coming to this dealership consistently for over 10 years. I am disappointed at the service I received this time. 1) I brought my car in for routine service plus looking at the electrical s over 10 years. I am disappointed at the service I received this time. 1) I brought my car in for routine service plus looking at the electrical system. I was just given an estimate for the routine service and was not asked about the electrical system. Do they look at the appointment information I filled out online? 2) I was sent a video from the technician about my car that I could not download or watch on my phone while I waited at the dealership. 3) Even after I said I could not watch the video, I was not explained what's wrong with my car. Instead, I was shown an estimate of over $4000 for repair. I think $4000 is a lot, but any amount of repair deserves an explanation. 4) I was not updated about the wait time. I would not have waited at the dealership if I knew how long the actual wait time would be. I was estimated 1.5 hour for the routine service + 1.5 hour for additional repair versus actually waiting for ~5 hours! The wait may had been even longer if I did not inquire about my car after waiting 4.5 hours. 5) The service representative was "multi-tasking" or distracted for all 3 of my interactions with him. Please stay focus on the person sitting in front of you! More
Right on time. Service was completed when they said it would be done. Shuttle service was excellent. Car was washed when I picked it up. I was told by the salesman “dean” that a car was “sold” to me, and I told him I would be there later in the same day we had already agreed on to purchase the vehicle. The day of the purchase I was told tha to me, and I told him I would be there later in the same day we had already agreed on to purchase the vehicle. The day of the purchase I was told that the vehicle was going to be sold to someone else if I didn’t make it there before the other buyer made it in. The dealer is unreliable and not truthful. More
