Paid for Multi Point Inspection $199. 98, they said Battery was Good, but checking the Battery myself I found it is over 6 years old and they recommend to replace Battery after 3 years in 98, they said Battery was Good, but checking the Battery myself I found it is over 6 years old and they recommend to replace Battery after 3 years in their Inspection Details. The Salesman Michael Robinson said we don't check how Old the Battery is, just that it still works. They should have listed the Battery as recommend to replace, but Failed to do so, as per their Inspection Advice in Writing! We are taking our Toyotas Elsewhere. More

I had tried to work with other dealerships and was given the runaround everywhere else. My friend had just had a great experience with Autonation Irvine and told me to call. I was looking for a specific car that I knew had a waitlist and would take awhile to get here. Even though it took time, my salesman at Irvine, Tom, was with me every step of the way. He gave me updates of when things were coming in and worked with my schedule. Coming from the other dealerships who either haven’t called me back in months or whose salespeople didn’t show up for planned meetings, it was a breath of fresh air to have Tom show me that my car was still a priority for them.
