THE CAR SERVICE WAS FINE, BUT YOUR SERVICE ADVISOR, MICHAEL, WAS NOT. I WAS IN THE LOUNGE WAITING FOR INFORMATION ABOUT MY CAR FOR OVER 3 HOURS WITH NOT ONE WORD FROM HIM ABOUT MY CAR. I HAD MICHAEL, WAS NOT. I WAS IN THE LOUNGE WAITING FOR INFORMATION ABOUT MY CAR FOR OVER 3 HOURS WITH NOT ONE WORD FROM HIM ABOUT MY CAR. I HAD AN OILCHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION DONE. I ASKED AT THE CASHIERS DESK FOR HIM AND THAT WAS DENIED TO ME. I FINALLY WALKED OUT TO THE SERVICE ADVISOR AREA AND ASKED FOR MICHAEL WHO WAS NOT BUSY AND WALED TO HIM ON MY WALKER TO SEE WHEN THE CAR WOULD BE READY. TWO DAYS LATER I CALLED HIM TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT MY SERVICE AND HE NVER RETURNED MY CALL THE SECOND TIME OR AT ALL.
