Service was friendly, communication was great through text, advisor was extremely knowledgeable/likeable/professional. I was not happy that when I got in my car, the car was not washed like promised and text, advisor was extremely knowledgeable/likeable/professional. I was not happy that when I got in my car, the car was not washed like promised and that my Brake Fluid light came on when they just had my car for 2 days. I wish it was caught and done when they had it. Was offered a small discount for the hassle but time is more important than money to me. More

The cost of the repair was spelled out in detail and the estimated time the repair would be completed was given … an important detail in that we have only one car. The facility was immaculately clean, and we were provided transportation to and from our home. I would recommend this facility to all Toyota owners. I am very happy. More
Got a coupon in the mail the day after I had it serviced and they wouldn't honor it. Had a 7 am basic service that should have been complete in an hour. I called twice. I didn't get a call back until 3 pm telling me the car was done. 2 services prior I complained about an unusual noise. I took it to a different dealer last service and they replace something that was on warranty that fixed the unusual noise. More
I did a 5k maintenance appointment last Saturday; our service advisor didn't look helpful. We decided to have a shuttle going to a mall due to our car will take 3 hrs to finish the service. AutoNation of service advisor didn't look helpful. We decided to have a shuttle going to a mall due to our car will take 3 hrs to finish the service. AutoNation offered it thru Lyft, however when our advisor called us to inform that our car is ready to pick up, he mentioned that waiting period to pick us up from the mall will be another 2 hours. I don't understand why it will take that long to get a shuttle thru Uber or Lyft, though they used that service earlier. To avoid too much conversation, I ended up booking an Uber going to service ctr which only took 10 minutes. More
