Made an on-line maintenance appointment. Arrived on time and they checked me in. The time estimate was two hours, and the car was done in two hours. The work was done on my extended maintenance contract and cost me nothing. I do not know how it can get any better than this! More
They took me for my appt 45 late. I was getting nervous because I had a specific time that I had to leave by. I let him know and his initial reaction was that they would not complete I was getting nervous because I had a specific time that I had to leave by. I let him know and his initial reaction was that they would not complete my service on time, so I told him I would have to come back another day. He then said that we can look over what needs to be done and maybe just do the essentials rather than the full service. This seemed like an okay plan, so I agreed to it after confirming several times that I would have my car back by the time I needed it. When that time came, I went back to check on the status and they hadn’t even started yet. I was just sitting around for nothing. I understand that everyone is understaffed these days but they need to be honest and respect my time. And I sat around waiting for 45 minutes for someone to see me for my appointment and then for another two hours for a job they didn’t even start. At that point I insisted that I needed my car back and had to leave, which took another 15 to 20 minutes, causing me to be late for some thing I had paid for. Please don’t give an appointment if you cannot accommodate it. If you do, be honest about how long it’s going to take. If you underestimated how much time it’s going to take, let me know right away so I can leave and come back another day. Don’t just pretend everything is fine and make a bunch of false promises. More

Abe was so helpful and patient in helping me pick out the perfect car! I left another dealership that was very pushy and not listening to what I had to say, but when I walked into Toyota Irvine, it was like perfect car! I left another dealership that was very pushy and not listening to what I had to say, but when I walked into Toyota Irvine, it was like a breath of fresh air. They walked me through every step, had such thorough details about every part of the car, how it was inspected and the work they did. Abe took the time to work with me and find the best option for financing due to my credit score. Also, I moved from NYC and it’s been awhile since I’ve had a car, so he explained everything I needed and helped me get insurance too. You can tell when someone is intentional and actually cares about their clients and that’s what you get here. Now I’m driving my favorite little car and I get to enjoy my commute everyday.
