I had the worst customer service experience ever at this dealership. After reaching a deal last night, the GM called me today and told me he would sell the car to a ‘true customer’ instead, which was both d dealership. After reaching a deal last night, the GM called me today and told me he would sell the car to a ‘true customer’ instead, which was both disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, they discriminated against me and my cousin, assuming we were Muslim just because we have beards. This kind of prejudice is completely unacceptable. They failed to honor our agreement, treated us with blatant disrespect, and showed clear bias. I will never do business with them again and strongly advise others to stay away from this dealership.
