I was in the process of changing my car - trading/selling the old one and buying a new one or a CPO. As I leaned towards CPO, I thought selling was more important as it would make me flexible to look for CPO the old one and buying a new one or a CPO. I went to a few dealerships for trade in and also looked up on Carvana, KBB, and CarMax. Carmax got me linked to AutoNation with the highest offer price and I thought it might be impossible. Curiously, and not hopefully, I called the name of the person mentioned on email - Nazem and he promptly invited me over to the AutoNation Irvine. I thought to try it out - and my experience was TOP NOTCH. Nazem was polite, friendly, forthright, caring, candid and frank in communication. Not only did he honor the offer price, but also made sure that I was comfortable, and informed through the process. And yes, buying from them was NOT required. I can't praise them enough. If you thinking of car, go to AutoNation Irvine and ask for Nazem. More
