Thomas was so helpful today! I came in knowing I needed to take care of a few things I had been putting off. The store impressed me so much. Rohit was my service Advisor. He was really nice and funny. I had a flat tire, but the shop's repair service has been closed. I’m very disappointed in my visit. I had an appointment at 11:20 and waited in my car for an hour before my advisor came out. He actually only came out after I went back in and complained that I had been w at 11:20 and waited in my car for an hour before my advisor came out. I’m sure they forgot about me because I was the only person that had not been helped and there were no customers being helped inside when I went in. Then I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I called to see how much longer because I was waiting on the area. I was told that my advisor was on the phone and that I should just wait a few more hours and he will call me back. Wait a few hours for a call back?! Ridiculous! I ended up going home and of course as soon as I get home (over and hour away) he calls and tells me my car is done! I just wanted an update so I knew if I should wait or go home. I’ll never come here again!! More
