I brought my 2017 Toyota Camry SE in for 60K mile service because I was having issues with the dealer I was going to in Oakland and decided I needed a change. The service was nice enough at first and I was even offered financing for the service, which was a relief. The only complain that I have is that, after being at the service center all day (11am to 5pm), I was not pleased with the fact that the service department did not bother to retrieve my car when it was finished and basically went home. I had to find someone to not only figure out where the keys to my car were, but also find the car itself and bring it to me. When I finally got the vehicle, it didn't even have the customary service sticker in the window which tells you when your next service is going to be. That made me question was the car even really finished or not? That being said, I would definitely have to think twice about going back to AutoNation Toyota Hayward just based on that experience at the end of a long day of waiting. More

Went for an Oil change, had an appointment with Bryant, my appointment was 10am on a Wednesday, he didn't come to my till 10:30 and assured me that my car will be in the 2hrs window, I didn't a call to pic my appointment was 10am on a Wednesday, he didn't come to my till 10:30 and assured me that my car will be in the 2hrs window, I didn't a call to pick it up until 1:30pm. I am not impressed with the customer service at all. More
