I needed a simple oil change. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. In 3.5 hours, without any updates, I started asking when my car would be ready. Promised 20 more minutes became 1 I was told it would take 2-3 hours. In 3.5 hours, without any updates, I started asking when my car would be ready. Promised 20 more minutes became 1+ more hour. 15 min paperwork and I could finally get my car in exactly 5 hours after I arrived at the service. Too long, too expensive, and no updates during service. I'll never come back and never recommend it to anyone. It is always much better to use a local auto service. More

The snack area is more than any other car dealership I have been to; offering a variety of hot drinks and cold drinks. It was not a good day. The workers were overwhelmed. Apparently according to the workers, they booked 20 appointments on the 8 AM slot. Luckily, I had my email confirmation for the oil change. They did forget my request for car wash so I requested again. Not sure what was happening at that time cause the car went in and around the car wash 3 times unwashed while the others were going in and out. Took about another 15 minutes. Just felt like the place got too big to be managed and even get personal on some level. From someone outside, looking in, it was chaos. Hopefully better next trip. Fingers crossed. More
