I had a pleasant experience at Hayward Toyota on Halloween and on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. I first got my annual checkup with oil change and tire rotation etc. The next morning I went back to h Halloween and on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Both Carlos and Mario in the service department were very helpful by explaining what was going on and when I could expect my 2021 Corolla to be finished. Everything was great, turned in a tire that had a nail in it got my tire pretty quick with Bryant the salesman. But when I went in to get it done Brian was on time everything was good until they took 4 1/2 h it got my tire pretty quick with Bryant the salesman. But when I went in to get it done Brian was on time everything was good until they took 4 1/2 hours to change one tire and they were not busy at all and the guy put my tire in the back of my Seat of my car was not happy about that,. When I saw the guy or I should say kid come over to the next garage and get help from another person it look like he didn’t know what he was doing and that is probably why it took 4 1/2 hours to change one tire That was ridiculous!! And no it was not Bryant the salesman’s fault he checked on it three times and kept me involved not very pleased with the service I got from the mechanics More

My appointment was for 7am and was scheduled for a tire rotation and MPI only, no oil change. It took two and a half hours for my car to be finished and I had specifically requested that my tire pressures rotation and MPI only, no oil change. It took two and a half hours for my car to be finished and I had specifically requested that my tire pressures be left alone because I have nitrogen in my tires and they were already balanced and al the desired pressures. This request was written on the front of the paperwork that went to the garage, and you can already guess that they adjusted my tire pressures and I had to take additional time later that day to readjust them at Costco. More

Bryant Macias was my service advisor and he was great! He was honest and helped me out even though I didn’t have an appointment.
