Went for an Oil change, had an appointment with Bryant, my appointment was 10am on a Wednesday, he didn't come to my till 10:30 and assured me that my car will be in the 2hrs window, I didn't a call to pic my appointment was 10am on a Wednesday, he didn't come to my till 10:30 and assured me that my car will be in the 2hrs window, I didn't a call to pick it up until 1:30pm.
