I came in for an oil change at my appointment time of 7am. I asked how long the service would take and I was told I’d would be an hour, hour and a half at the latest. I waited at the dealership while my car was being serviced. As 8:30 approached, I decided to be patient and wait for someone to contact me. I even waited until 9am before I had to go and ask for an update. I was told that the service manager was contacted and told that my service was taking too long. I returned to my seat in the meantime. Finally, at 9:15 I received a phone call saying the service was complete. I should not have waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. And, I certainly should not have been made to wait an extra 30 minutes without anyone contacting me with an update! Had I not approached them and asked, how long would I have waited there for? I don’t think it’s coincidence that after I asked about my car, it was ready to go 15 minutes later. What is the point of having a 7 o’clock appointment? More

I bought a Camry hybrid from them and it has dents on the hood. Shan the sales rep promised me that they will fix it for me after I buy and just call them to schedule appointment and will be taking care of r hood. He passed me to dodge auto nation in Roseville and the guy name Amal will contact me to schedule but never did. Is a bed experience. I hope the upper management will be looking into this issue. More
