Not very friendly if they are not your direct service manager. Service managers just try to up sale you on services that are unnecessary. $200 just to look at one thing under vehicle and give a price quo manager. Our salesman Moe was awesome, we live almost 2 hours away and couldn’t come down right away. So he sent us pics and video of the vehicle that we were interested in. Employees need to be trained on customer service etiquette. The man working in Service was impatient and rude. He made it clear he did not want to help to look for a sticker I had ordered and was c etiquette. The man working in Service was impatient and rude.
