My advisor was friendly and said my repairs would take about 2-1/2 hours. Well after 3 hours I asked about my car. She said they had to get some parts from another dealer because they didn't have them. Lo about 2-1/2 hours. Well after 3 hours I asked about my car. Well I mentioned a loner and she said oh yes but I didn't think you would want one. We have a Camry is that OK. I said yes and got the heck out of there. I'm disappointed there was not better communication between my advisor. She could have kept me way better informed and offered a loaner a lot sooner that she did. More

Had an appt for Rear Differential oil change, stated warning lights came on, they ran diagnostics, took them 9 hours! Service writer did not get ride for me to go home, only talked with me two times, I warning lights came on, they ran diagnostics, took them 9 hours! Service writer did not get ride for me to go home, only talked with me two times, I walked over there multiple times to check status, he said it was still being worked on. Finally ready, no oil chg, his excuse, did not want to change oil and make me think it would solve the problem! Really, it needed the Diff Oil changed anyway. Service manager was no help or the general manager who could not even return an email.... and yes, I had to pay 229.95 when nothing was found wrong and after 9 hours!! I have had 7 Toyotas and have gone to this dealership for years, no more ...One Star is too good More
Omar the service manager was rude, condescending, and argumentative. I was having work done and he said the vehicle would be done in 4-5 hours. 9 hours pass nothing. I call and cant can ahold of him, I go to the dealership to have Omar argue with me that he text me it was done. I never recieved a text and he couldnt answer me why he couldnt be contacted by phone. They have now lost a longtime customer. There are too many other dealerships that will treat you right to deal with this. Take your business elsewhere. More

Rude, went from "no cost, free" to "full cost, $250." Battery warranties are pro-rated and based on how long since Toyota installed them. Bought 2 vehicles here, no more. More
