AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway - Service Center

I was drop off my car on Friday at 9 am on 04/15/22 , Sierra told me she will call me when the car is ready. But I wait all day she did not call me back, I called and leave the messages but she still not Sierra told me she will call me when the car is ready. But I wait all day she did not call me back, I called and leave the messages but she still not call me back. So I did stop by the dealer at 5:30 pm and talk to her, she said she too busy on that day that why she didn’t call me then tell me she will call me tomorrow . But the next day I still didn’t hear anything from her again, I try to call but she didn’t answer, I leaved the messages and until Monday about 3pm, I call again nobody pick up the phone then I decided to go there to see what’s going on there. I did talk to the other lady work there then finally I have my car back. It was terrible service I never seen before. More

I waited 3 hours before hearing the result of the inspection and determining the work to be done. Also, I have a manufacturer defective dashboard and I believe the company should replace it without inspection and determining the work to be done. I did not purchase my car from this location but it has been treated here. Every since I've been coming here Thomas has been my advisor and I love his patience and the fact he is not pressuring. I was told because I would be willing to drop off my vehicle as opposed to waiting an hour and a half, they were gonna skip me. I had an appointment but they worked on walk-ins over appointments.
