Polite, friendly people Good fast service. Liked the video of the mechanic checking my vehicle. 4 Runner was clean when it came in. Car wash got the dust off, it was still wet and starting to dry when I walked out to it. I ask if they could dry it and they said no the blower does. I informed them it didn't do a good job and the car had been detailed recently. It needed to be had dried or yalls car wash needs new blower. Spots spots spots. I had to have it washed again to get the spots off. It only gets hand washed. So next 6month visit I'll skip yalls wash, unless I know it will be cared for as I like to. Plus I ask for them not to put air in my tires that I use nitrogen. When signing to leave the girl, not Paloma went over what they did. She mentioned the usual plus air in tires. I said no, Paloma was told not to do that. If it needed anything I'd take it to tires by design for nitrogen. She went and said something to some one, then came back and said oh no they didn't put any air in. On the way out, I checked the tire pressure on the screen and yes yall did add air. Not acceptable. Not that it was an opps sorry, but she lied to a customer. Luv my 4 Runner and my previous venzas 12 and 15. Looking forward to dealing with toyota for many years to come. More
first and last time using service dept. Poor customer service. Miscommunication with assigned tech. After 6 hours I called to check status of car . Bad experience would not recommend auto nation toyota. Had appt with Justin but he was running late. Assigned Darlene. conflict of personality between her and me. not a good experience. only positive outcome was that I did not have to pay for oil change More
